Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is $5 flat rate for any size order under $100. Any order over $100 shipping is FREE!
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Paypal is is most commonly used but email money transfer is also accepted. If using EMT please send an email to kdg@inbox.com with the items you would like to order along with your address and your total will be sent back to you.
Q: Can I pick up my items?
A: You can pick up your items if in Kelowna BC. Vivid Apparel showroom is located in upper mission.
Q: What if an item I order odes not fit?
A: You can exchange items for a different size or style if the size just does not fit proper, only the return shipping cost is paid by you (I pay to re ship the new item).
Q: What shipping method do you use and how long will my order take to arrive?
A: All orders are shipped out via Canada Post. Orders arrive within 4-9 business days in Canada.
Q: Can you get more sizes in if an item sells out or my size sells out?
A: No. Once an item is sold out, it can not be re ordered. This way items stay fresh and new items arrive every couple of weeks.
Q: What if I do not know the size I need?
A: If you are unshure of the sizeing please email kdg@inbox.com and measurements can be sent to you. |
